Play on ANY CITY in the world! In 911 OPERATOR, you take on the role of an emergency dispatcher, who has to rapidly deal with the incoming reports. Your task is not just to pick up the calls, but also to react appropriately to the situation – sometimes giving first aid instructions is enough, at other times a police, fire department or paramedics’ intervention is a necessity. Using programs such as Cheat Engine (windows) or The Cheat (mac), it is possible to change the amount of cash during the game. Select 911 Operator as the program you wish to edit in the memory editing program. The variable could be a unsigned 32 bit integer. Enter the amount of cash you currently have and search. The newsletter image here is from 2000. 20 years later, 9-1-1 is still facing hiring and retention challenges. Our company mission is to promote and support changes that will improve Comm Center hiring and retention. How? We believe two major factors could make a difference.
First, implement high school career tech and voc-ed college 9-1-1 career training in every community. This will take a recognition that 9-1-1 is a profession worthy of as many hours of career training as the other public safety responders. This is not happening fast enough. Won’t you join us in the effort?
Second, implement “floor ready” training. EMS has Resusi-Anne, PD has the firing range and Fire has burn houses. 9-1-1 Reality Simulators are the call taker/dispatcher’s Resusi-Anne. Trainee’s deserve to be trained on simulators. With simulation, skills and confidence increase substantially.
Our mission is to energize and expand agency training programs, as well as assist with administration, supervisor and trainer training and support. For over 30 years we have provided training tools such as skills exercises, e-books, inspiration, support to the profession we love. Our passion is to support Comm Centers like yours in any way we can.
